WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to France, the European Union, the United States, and a number of other international destinations.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
France
- Standard: 7.99 EUR, 3-5 business days (free for orders over 65 EUR)
- - Express: 10.99 EUR, 1-2 business days
European Union
- Standard: rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location
United States and other international destinations
- Standard International: 29.00 USD, typically 3-5 business days after processing, though customs processing can occasionally add extra time
Delivery times are estimates and start from the day of shipment, not the day of order.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders shipped outside of France, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Sculinea is not responsible for these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
